SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR
ROLE OVERVIEW
Team Beaver are hiring for a Sales Support Coordinator!
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers regarding sales related enquiries and orders.
Your day to day responsibilities will include organising Madex pickups, preparing export orders, processing all credit notes and returns and working cross-functionally across the business.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, an up to date understanding of tax legislation and strong time management skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into SAP
• Responsible for accuracy of inventory levels; point person for all stock queries
• Communicate all leads to sales team
• Answering all sales related phone calls
• Maintain clear, timely communication with customers
• Providing data/support to sales team as needed
• Monitor product inventory levels and communicate to sales team
• Enter all new product information into SAP
• Organising and scheduling Madex pickups
• Preparing export orders, including shipping and customs documents
• Liaise with the Finance team regarding debtors, invoice queries/payments
• Processing all credit notes and returns
• Filing all signed invoices in a timely manner
• Other duties as intermittently assigned by your manager
• Up to date understanding of tax legislation and compliance procedures
