We hope you love our beers and other good stuff that you order from us but if you do need to return something please follow the below process. Items must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with the cost of return being covered by the customer.
To return an item, download and complete our Returns Form here. Once completed, place the form in with the products you would like to return.
Returns can be sent via the courier of your choice or with your local Post Office branch and please keep receipt of postage until your return has been processed. Please send your return to the address:

We would recommend using a track and trace service for your return, the customer is still liable for the cost of the products until they have been received by us.
Once the return is received, the refund for the returned items will be processed in which you will be notified via email. Funds will then return to your account within the next 5-10 working days.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to follow our returns procedure above and them make a new order for your desired item.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is faulty or damaged, please contact email@example.com to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier and they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us, you will be contacted to confirm that this was an intentional action, and a refund will be processed.
