Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition and the cost of return will be covered by the customer.
To return an item you need to download and complete our Returns Form here.
Once we receive your return we will process a refund and you will receive an email notification. Funds will return to your account within 5-10 working days.
If your order is faulty or damaged, please contact email@example.com to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You will need to follow our returns procedure above and them make a new order for your desired item.
