With Planet Summer just coming into orbit, Beavertown are hosting a kitchen takeover at their very own Corner Pin. Soon the (hopefully) sun-soaked streets of North London will be alive with the out-of-this-world smells of grilled skewers and freshly made tacos, courtesy of Ottolenghi Test Kitchen chef, Jake Norman.
On the 10th June, Jake will be bringing his experiences from working in some of London’s best-loved restaurants to transform Corner Pin from Beavertown to Flavourtown. Expect heaps of flavours, colours and textures, from grilled mushrooms with cherry and chipotle to fried hake with szechuan-pikcled chillies and that’s just the tacos. There will be something for everybody. Walk-ins are welcome or you can reserve a table
